Ingredients:
2 cup Gram Flour
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp oil
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a small pan excluding oil, then mix the ingredients and add the oil. Knead a perfect dough.
Next, heat up your oil, and then knead out small strips of the dough and keep them in the oil for frying.
After 2 minutes, enjoy it with fried chilli, green chutney, papaya chutney or spicy garlic chutney,
